Good news: we are abolishing the convenience fee!
From September, we will not charge a convenience fee for online ticket purchases, so you can buy your ticket on our website for the same price as at the cinema box office.
Online ticket purchases will continue to be fast, secure and available with a few clicks - with one important change.
During the autumn, the option to book online tickets will be discontinued, and instead, only direct ticket purchases will be possible. This way, the current occupancy of the hall and available seats will always be visible in real time, so that unaccepted reservations will not unnecessarily take up seats from other viewers.
This means that if you want to secure your seat in advance for a popular premiere or your favorite film, you can simply buy your ticket online - without a convenience fee.
Of course, we also thought about the possibility that you may not be able to come to the selected performance.
When purchasing tickets, we provide the opportunity to transfer tickets to another performance, or – if this is not possible – to refund the ticket price.
Our goal with this change is clear: to make ticket purchasing even simpler.
